PMG NetSuite: Cannot complete hard gage event

If a technician is unable to complete a hard gage calibration, it may be that the equipment event that was meant to be created wasn't and will need to be created manually or the technician will continue to receive the following error:

"No event was found with that number. Please make sure you have the right number or create the event to proceed with this Hard Gage calibration."

To correct this, navigate to the equipment record in NetSuite. Select the Event Summary tab and click the button to create a new event.

The 5 fields that need to populated are:
- Equipment Id (should be populated automatically)
-Event Number (You can get this from the latest Events XYZ under that tab)
-Work Order Number
-Customer (Can get from the equipment record)
-Check In Date (Can get from the XYZ Check-in event)

Save this and then ask the user to try again and it should go through without issue.
