KingCal: "Cannot complete work order, all items are not done" when they are
This will happen for 2 reasons.
1. When an item on the sales order that should have been flagged with COMMENTS in the item line was instead /Labor. You can identify these because the GAGE SN column will say ABCDE.
Kingcal will check to see if ever item on a sales order with a /Labor item has fields that are associated with a complete calibration populated.
You will need to change the item field to COMMENTS to allow the technician to go on. First, however, copy the information in the Description field as when you change the item, it will blank out this field when it changes. Paste it into the description field after changing the item.
You will also need to populate the Department field with Service and the Price field with 0.

2. The Labor Type on the Sales Order is Repair. SubmitSingleCal Restlet will NOT update the Sales Order with a Cal Status, Cert Done, etc if the Labor Type is Repair. Either you can or just have the coordinator update Labor Type to Repair and Calibrate to get the tech moving forward.
