- Using the standard iOS update process in the App Store, install the NetSuite SSO Update.
- Once the App is installed, navigate to the NetSuite Mobile App and log out of the App if you're already signed in.
- Sign back into the App and touch the Company SSO link located in the upper right section of the screen.
- Enter Cross' SSO ID number - 3926379 and touch Continue. You will then be prompted to sign into Okta.
- Enter your Okta credentials using your same Cross Windows login and touch Sign In.
- Touch Send Push.
- Following the same steps to switch roles that were described in the NetSuite Mobile App - March 2018 guide, select your Primary role.
- Congrats! You're now back to having the same Role-based permissions & visibility in the mobile app as you did 2 weeks ago!
Android
- Go to the Play Store and confirm that you have the most current version of the NetSuite app.
- Open the app and touch Company SSO. Enter Cross' Company SSO ID - 3926379 in the Account ID field and turn on (slide) Remember Me. Touch Continue.
- Enter your Okta credentials using your same Cross Windows login and touch Sign In.
- Touch Send Push.
- Following the same steps to switch roles that were described in the NetSuite Mobile App - March 2018 guide, select your Primary role.
- Congrats! You're now back to having the same Role-based permissions & visibility as you did 2 weeks ago!
