Signing In To Zoom Mobile

Whether this is your first time setting up Zoom for your phone or another time for your new phone. These few easy steps will guide you how to set it up.

  1. Open the Zoom app on your phone. If you don’t have it downloaded you can download it from your phones App Store.

-Tap “Sign In”

  1. Tap “Continue with SSO”.

  1. Enter “crossco” for the company domain, then tap continue.

  1. It will bring up the Okta Sign in Page. Enter your Okta/Computer Username and Password, then tap sign in. ​Remember do not put "@crossco.com". Or if you are still under a JAKing username put "@jaking.com"

  2. The next page will ask you for your 2FA, typically the push notification to your phone. Ensure to check the box for “Do not prompt for the next 12 hours”. Once you receive and accept the 2FA it will sign you in.
