Zoom Call Handling Settings

To check or edit you call handling & forwarding settings follow these quick steps:

This video goes over all call handling settings, including adding business hours, Holiday/PTO hours, and Voicemail Settings.



The best way to manage your call handling settings will be in your Zoom Profile dashboard. To get there, Open Okta, then click on the Zoom app in your dashboard.


Once the Zoom page has opened:
-Click on "Phone" on the left side of the page.
-Scroll down until you see the "Call Handling" Settings
-To edit your devices click "Edit" Beside "Call handling" (4). Here you can choose the ring order if you want your devices to ring in a specific order, You can add a mobile number here, Or have only a specific device to ring.
-"Call Handling Ring Mode" (5) lets you choose if you want all of your added devices to ring at once (Simultaneous) or ring in a specific order (Sequential)
