Signing In to Zoom

If you get signed out of Zoom and have issues getting back in follow these few steps to get set back up.


  1. Open the Zoom App, and click “Sign In”


  1. Tap the icon for “SSO”


  1. Enter “crossco” For the company domain, then continue.



  1. If you’ve already logged in to Okta today it will prompt the page below. If not you’ll be sent to an Okta sign in page. Then, Select the “Always allow” checkbox, Then “Open Zoom Meetings” and you’ll be signed in.
