Set Text to Speech Zoom Voicemail

How set or change our custom Zoom Voicemail:
Once we open Zoom via OKTA,

1. Select Phone on the left bar under Personal


2. Scroll to the Call Handling section to locate Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction.
3. Click on Edit.


4. Select Add Audio


5. Select Text to Speech
6. Enter the Asset Name of choice for you file (this can be anything)
7. Select Voicemail Greeting
8. If you wish to change the Language, you can do so here.
9. If you wish to change the Voice, you can do so here.
10. Under Message to play, enter the text that you want to hear read during your voicemail greeting.
11. Select Personal Audios, so that it does not share your recording with other employees to access and upload as their own
12. Select Add


You're all set! Please place a test call to your account to verify that it is configured correctly.
