IT Hardware Requirements

Purpose: To identify the necessary IT hardware for a potential new hire. Hardware can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Timeline: Submit form on the same day of a job posting going live.


IT New Hire Form

Purpose: To identify the name and details for a new hire.

Timeline: Submit form on the same day of a new hire being chosen.


Employee Exit Form

Purpose: To identify the name of the terminated employee as well as what to do with their files and inbox.

Timeline: Submit form when appropriate, but not longer than 1 day after termination.
