Instructions for All Zoom Phone Call Queue Admins on how to set Holiday hours
Go to https://crossco.okta.com/ and select “Zoom” from the app page.
-Once the Zoom Portal loads, One the left hand side, go to Admin > Phone System Management > Call Queues
-Select the queue you want to edit
-If you’re meant to be an admin please let us know if you don’t see any queues.
-Under “Profile” scroll down until you see “Holiday Hours” and click on “Manage”
-If there are holidays currently in there, you may edit them to update them for the current year or delete them as they are NOT recurring
-Clicking edit beside the name will allow you to change the name of the Holiday
-Click on the date under “From” Or “To” to change the day and time of the holiday
-Click Delete to delete the holiday entirely
-To add a Holiday, click on “Add”
-Enter a name for the holiday, or closure time of the office. Then set the day (Or days) and time of the closure, then select save.
-To add or change the Voicemail for the holiday OR change who gets the voicemails during the closure. (If you want to make a custom one to state why the location may be closed) select “Edit” beside “Leave Voicemail to Current Extension”
-To change the Voicemail greeting select Edit under voicemail greeting
-To add a custom greeting under “Add Audio” you can make a message via Text to speech, you may upload a file of recorded audio, or Record by computer to record a live greeting.
-For all new Audio Enter a name for the greeting, Under “Category” Choose “Voicemail greeting”, then select Add.
For Text to Speech audio you can also choose the voice type for the audio under “Voice”, then hit “Play” in the text box to hear the audio before adding.
-Once you add the Audio you can either have the voicemails sent to the Queue inbox, or you can choose “User” to have the voicemails sent to a specific person
-Once done, hit Save and your holiday will be saved!
