How To Recover Deleted Voicemails and Recordings

Whether you accidentally deleted a voicemail or recording, you can now recover them if it's been within 30 days.

To recover deleted voicemails;

Open the Zoom app, Go to Phone, Select "Voicemail", click on the tab below and choose "Recently Deleted" to view all deleted voicemails in the past 30 days.


To do this from the Zoom web Portal;
Open up Zoom from the Okta dashboard, select "Phone" on the left hand side of the portal, select "Voicemail", then click on the "Trash" on the right side to view all deleted voicemails in the past 30 days.



To recover deleted phone recordings;

Open up Zoom from the Okta dashboard, select "Phone" on the left hand side of the portal, select "Recording", then click on the "Trash" on the right side to view all deleted voicemails in the past 30 days.
