Receipt Pictures - HEIC Images
HEIC images can be displayed natively using Windows Photos app, but they need the correct extensions added onto the system. They cannot be found directly in the Windows store. Use the two links below.

These are manufacturer specific and will indirectly lead back to windows store. If you search directly in the windows store, you will find versions you have to pay for. :)
select to "get" both, including the one that says it is already installed. Once they are both installed, go to "add remove programs" in settings and use the advanced options to reset both of these. Afterwards the images should open in Windows Photos no prob.
