Drag and Drop Issue

Recently, we've had a lot of people report the issue of drag and drop failing in Google Chrome. After some time, we've figured out what we believe to be the solution.

Here are the steps on how to fix the drag and drop issue within NetSuite and Google.

Step 1.
Make sure to close out of any open Google Chrome instances as well as Google Drive, you can make sure Google Drive is closed out by clicking the ^ in the bottom right corner in Windows and right clicking the Google Drive icon and clicking quit.


Step 2.
Copy %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local

Press Windows+R to open the run window and paste it into the window that opened.

It should open a file explorer menu.



Step 3. 

In the file explorer menu, press G, it should direct you to the "Google" folder

Right Click the "Google" folder and delete it,


4. Deleting this folder will force you to re-sign into Chrome with your work profile. Do so by clicking the profile icon at the top right after opening Chrome again. Make sure to say "yes" for everything, including "I'm in" for syncing. This will bring all your bookmarks/passwords back.
