Downloading Microsoft Office

Here is a quick tutorial on how to download Office.

Since you are receiving this article, we've already created your Microsoft account. Please go to Office.com and sign in.

They will prompt you to set up a Verification method. Do not download or use Microsoft Authenticator.

INSTEAD: Choose "I want to use a different authenticator" (as shown below)


Press next, and scan the QR code with Okta verify, which you should already be using, on your phone. To do this, open Okta Verify on your phone. Press the "+" button at the top right. Click "Other" for the organization type. Click "Scan QR code".

They will also prompt you to change your password from the one I assigned you.

After signing in, please download Office ( at the top right), and you'll be good to go. Let me know if you need help.
