Basic Training for ShareFile (replacement for files.crossco.com / files.com)
Here are three training videos to get you up to speed. Please watch the first two to be ready for ShareFile to go live and save this email for reference. I will follow up with specific dates at a later time. IF you don't think the first two videos cover everything you would use the service for, then watch the third video and contact the helpdesk with a list of client accounts that you require.
