2. Choose to sign in with Google
3. Clicking this should bring you to your Zoom page in Chrome. It should automatically take you there, if you are signed into Okta. This popup will show up:
Do not change any permissions if all boxes are checked.
If they are unchecked, make sure they are all checked and look like the picture above.
Click "Next"
4. After clicking "Next", you will be brought to a Google sign-in page, which should have your @crossco.com email showing as the option to connect to Zoom.
Choose your email, which will then take you to a page that says "Zoom wants to access your Google Account" with permission listed underneath. You need to check all permissions for the Google Calendar integration to work, as shown below.
5. Once you've done so, check your "Calendar" tab in Zoom. You should see all your calendar events in Zoom!
6. On the top right side of your Zoom application, you will see this side bar icon next to your profile. Click on it, which will give you access to your Calendar sidebar in Zoom.
